Nationwide is seeking a Senior Manager, Product – Product Strategy & Operations to lead a brand-new function at the heart of Retail Products. You will define cross‑product strategies, shape customer propositions and influence how products are delivered across the business.

You will build and mentor a high‑performing team, partner with senior stakeholders, and translate strategy into actionable initiatives with measurable customer and commercial value.
