Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end hiring across Engineering and Product from sourcing to offer.
• Partner with senior leaders to set hiring priorities and talent strategies.
• Identify and engage exceptional technical talent in a competitive market.
• Build proactive pipelines across Engineering, Product and emerging tech.
• Use data-driven insights to improve hiring outcomes.
• Act as trusted advisor to hiring managers and shape candidate experience.
• Strengthen employer branding to attract top talent.
• Contribute to a high-performing, data-led Talent function.
