Job summary

At Atlassian, we are seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our UK-based remote team. You will prospect outbound, qualify leads, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Partners to build a robust pipeline for the UKI market in the Strategic segment.

You’ll engage with decision makers, craft personalized emails, and leverage tools like Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, and LinkedIn Navigator. AI fluency is encouraged to boost efficiency and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong communication skills.
• 1-2 years SDR/Inside Sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be accountable for outbound prospecting, quota carrying role, meeting conversion into pipeline.
• Qualify business leads through proactive outreach and research - Conduct cold calls, emails and other outreach strategies to engage with decision makers.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, partner and operations teams to develop lead generation strategies.
• Navigate objections through value-driven messaging.
• Articulate the value proposition of our products to our customers.
• Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects.
• Great at writing relevant emails that are personalized to delight our customers.
• Build your pipeline in partnership with Enterprise Advocates and Enterprise Marketing teams.
• Work with Salesforce, Gong, Outreach and LinkedIn Navigator.
• Leverage AI to be more efficient in your research, execution and analysis.
