Responsibilities

• Serve as primary customer contact, coordinating with engineering, manufacturing, quality and sales.
• Develop proposals and support sales growth using sales data.
• Improve forecasting, reporting, productivity and pipeline performance.
• Deliver responsive, customer-focused support in a fast-paced environment.
• Coordinate quotations and produce accurate value-priced proposals.
• Review customer specifications against technical and commercial requirements.
• Manage bid cycle workload, follow-up and hit-rate improvement.
• Support tactical quotes and win-back opportunities.
• Collaborate with site hubs and product teams to speed up quotations.
• Maintain organized sales records and reporting.
