Job summary

Flowserve is seeking a Sales Support Representative in Manchester to partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality and Sales. You will address inquiries, develop proposals and support sales growth by using data to forecast and improve opportunity pipelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service within engineered manufacturing; contract administration preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Deliver responsive, customer-focused support in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Coordinate aftermarket quotations and produce accurate, timely proposals.
• Review customer specifications and apply Flowserve requirements.
• Manage proposals throughout the bid cycle, including workload tracking and follow-up.
• Support tactical quotes, strategic offerings and win-back opportunities.
• Partner with site hubs and product teams to improve quotation speed and quality.
• Use knowledge of pump applications to recommend solutions.
• Support sales forecasting, monthly outlooks and analytics.
• Maintain organized sales records and reporting.
• Collaborate with Sales leadership on continuous-improvement initiatives.
