Job summary

Simpro Group is seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator in Leeds to support contract administration, order processing, and cross-functional coordination. You will liaise with customers and internal teams to process amendments, transfers, renewals, and data migrations, ensuring accurate records in our CRM.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in a similar role, strong organisational skills, excellent communication, and proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in a similar Sales/Operations role.
• Strong organisational skills and initiative with high attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
• Proficient with Salesforce or other CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Process, update, and maintain customer orders and contract details in internal systems.
• Facilitate order amendments and manage ownership transfers, data migrations and renewals.
• Handle inquiries and track related orders, including disputes and negotiations.
• Coordinate handover to implementation, bookings, stock teams, and create internal tasks.
• Support licence & billing audits, data cleansing, and other ad hoc duties.
