Job summary

BigChange, based in Leeds, is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to streamline contract processes, orders, amendments and data management across internal systems.

You will liaise with customers and cross-functional teams, ensure compliance, maintain CRM records, and support handover to implementation and stock teams after sale. The role requires 2+ years in a similar role, strong organisational skills, excellent communication, and experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience in a similar role.
  • High degree of organisation and initiative and a sharp eye for detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to fluctuating and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.

Responsibilities

  • Process, update, and maintain customer orders and contract details in internal systems.
  • Create and process order amendments and data migrations.
  • Handle general enquiries and orders related to ownership transfers, renegotiations and renewals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve contract queries, including disputes and negotiations.
  • Hand over customers to implementation, bookings, and stock teams after sale; create internal jobs and tasks.
  • Perform licence/billing audits and data cleansing as requested by Finance or Revenue Operations.
  • Monitor financial health of new customers in line with CV levels.
  • Track interactions and maintain current CRM records.

Job ContextThe Sales Operations Analyst ensures that the processes surrounding participation, variation, execution, compliance, and administration of contracts are carried out efficiently and effectively.
