Job summary

Simpro Software is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to streamline contract processes, liaise with customers and internal teams, and support orders, amendments, renewals and settlements. You will ensure data integrity in internal systems and assist with handovers to implementation and billing teams.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in a similar role, excellent organisational skills, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
• High degree of organisation and initiative.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency with CRM tools, especially Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Process, update, and maintain customer orders and contract details in internal systems.
• Field, facilitate, create & process order amendments.
• Manage general enquiries & orders related to ownership transfers, data migrations, renewals.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve contract queries, including disputes and negotiations.
• Hand over customers to implementation, bookings and stock teams post-sale; create internal tasks as needed.
• Perform licence & billing audits, data cleansing as delegated by leaders.
