Job summary

Kuehne+Nagel in the East Midlands Gateway office is seeking a Road Logistics Account Manager to drive customer projects and own the operation for the customer, in close cooperation with the National Business Manager to set up and improve processes during implementation.

You will maintain strong relationships with internal teams, ensure OTIF targets, manage escalations, and support continuous improvement initiatives while coordinating across functions to deliver reliable logistics for diverse

Qualifications

Strong relationships with customers and internal teams across logistics.
Experience in OTIF targets and MI reporting to mitigate failures.
Understanding of 3PL vs 4PL models and end-to-end freight processes.
Consumer product sector exposure and excellent customer service.
Good knowledge of international and domestic logistics.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with the customer and relevant teams.
Own operational processes, escalations, and all matters for the team and customer.
Ensure customer OTIF is met and provide MI to mitigate failures.
Manage rollout of operational requirements for new scope.
Communicate regularly with the customer via email, Teams, and meetings.
Support value-added continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure output aligns with staffing levels and contract standards.
