Kuehne + Nagel is seeking a dynamic Freight Account Manager to join our International Road Logistics team in the United Kingdom. The role covers full account management from telesales to delivery, driving profit growth through strong customer relationships.

You will generate leads, conduct sales calls, and negotiate; success depends on achieving targets, cost‑effective quotations, and proactive customer care. A driving license is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in proactive telesales or cold‑calling sales.
• Logistics experience is beneficial but not required.
• Experience generating your own sales leads.
• Experience working to targets and KPIs.
• GCSE Maths and English Grade C or above (or equivalent).
• Strong administration and organisational skills.
• Full driving license.

Responsabilités

• Generate new prospect leads and new accounts by telephone and face‑to‑face.
• Conduct telesales and face‑to‑face selling (B2B).
• Negotiate and present to customers to close deals.
• Grow gross profit and achieve targets in the Account Manager Scheme.
• Maintain high levels of internal and external customer care.
• Provide accurate and cost‑effective quotations and reports.
