Job summary

CCLA Investment Management Limited, part of the Jupiter Group, is seeking an experienced RFP Associate to join its Business Development Support team in London.

You will craft high-quality responses to RFIs, RFPs and DDQs, interpret complex investment content for diverse audiences, and help maintain presentation materials and data libraries. The role requires strong writing, project management, and collaboration with SMEs.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of RFP writing experience in asset management.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication with SMEs.
• Ability to manage multiple RFPs to tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Respond to RFIs, RFPs, surveys and DDQs promptly and to a high standard.
• Interpret complex investment content for diverse audiences in presentations.
• Produce and maintain standard documentation and client materials.
• Support creation of pitches and client review materials, updating slides.
• Maintain accuracy of grammar, formatting and brand guidelines.
• Ensure sign-offs are obtained prior to issuance.
• Help manage workflow and pipeline of ongoing RFPs/DDQs.
• Maintain content library and data databases supporting BD process.
