Job summary

Bupa is seeking a Reward Analyst on a 6-month fixed term to support the annual pay review and bonus cycle. This hybrid role requires two days in the office weekly across multiple UK locations, including Leeds, Salford Quays, London and Staines.

You will deliver analytical insights, modelling and reporting to influence reward decisions. The ideal candidate has advanced Excel skills, experience in reward or pay-related activities, and an ability to translate data for stakeholders across HR and

Qualifications

• Strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel capabilities with complex models and large datasets.
• Experience supporting reward, compensation, pay review or bonus activities is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support annual pay review and bonus processes.
• Produce detailed reward analysis, modelling and reporting for decision-making.
• Manage bonus calculations, accruals and submissions with accuracy and compliance.
• Develop and maintain pay ranges using market benchmarking data.
• Assist with salary survey submissions, job matching and market analysis.
• Support gender and ethnicity pay gap reporting and other governance requirements.
