Bupa is seeking a Reward Business Partner to support and advise on reward strategy and activities for the Health Services area within the UK Market Unit. The role involves providing reward consultancy across total reward activities, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver value.

Key responsibilities include advising on pay, incentives, benefits, job evaluation, and benchmarking, while ensuring best practices and high-quality pay practices across the business area.

Qualifications

• Broad technical reward experience across compensation, benefits and incentives.
• Extremely strong numerical and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Experience with job evaluation methodologies (WTW, Hay/Korn Ferry).
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Strong communication, influencing, judgement and negotiation abilities.

Responsabilités

• Provide input, advice, design and delivery of reward activities with People partners.
• Support development and implementation of pay, incentives and benefits initiatives.
• Contribute to pan-Market Unit reward projects and tailor to business area needs.
• Influence strategic development of reward approaches within the business area.
• Engage with stakeholders and present reward recommendations to senior leaders.
• Consult on reward and compensation issues with People teams and managers.
• Collaborate with Reward Delivery, Benefits & Recognition and Governance teams.
