Job summary

Rathbones Group in London is seeking a highly analytical Reward Analyst to join our Reward team on a 6‑month fixed term basis. You will support annual salary and bonus review processes, benchmarking, data analysis and reporting.

The role requires strong numerical skills, advanced Excel, and experience with HR systems such as Workday or SuccessFactors. You will work in a small team and attend the London office each Tuesday and Thursday.

Qualifications

• Experience in a reward, compensation, HR analytics or similar analytical role.
• Experience supporting annual salary and bonus review processes.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivots and lookups with large data sets.
• Experience with HR systems such as Workday or SuccessFactors.

Responsibilities

• Support the annual salary and bonus review processes, data preparation and reporting.
• Analyse reward and employee data, identify trends and provide insights.
• Support salary benchmarking activities.
• Support People Systems Team with reward data inputs.
• Assist with salary budget modelling, tracking and reconciliation.
• Support regulatory and corporate reporting activities.
• Handle reward-related queries and requests in Team Reward mailbox.
• Contribute to wider Reward team projects and process improvements.
• Ensure analysis and reporting are accurate and timely.
