Zusammenfassung

Bupa is seeking a Reward Analyst on a 6-month fixed term basis to support the annual pay and bonus review cycle across UK locations including Salford Quays, Leeds, London and Staines. The role is full-time (37.5 hours) with hybrid working options and two days in the office each week.

You will deliver analysis, modelling and reporting, partner with Reward, Finance and HR stakeholders, and help maintain pay ranges using market data while contributing to governance and gender pay gap reporting.

Qualifikationen

• Advanced Excel modelling and large dataset analysis.
• Experience with salary benchmarking, pay ranges and salary surveys.
• Experience supporting reward, compensation, pay review or bonus activities.
• Ability to translate data into clear, meaningful insights for stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail with sensitive data handling.
• Experience working with HR, Finance and business stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Lead and support annual pay review and bonus processes.
• Produce detailed reward analysis, modelling and reporting.
• Manage bonus calculations, accruals and submissions.
• Develop and maintain pay ranges using market data.
• Contribute to salary survey submissions and market analysis.
• Assist with gender and ethnicity pay gap reporting.
• Provide reward insights to HR, Finance and leaders.
• Improve reward processes, reporting capabilities and data quality.
• Support job evaluation and grading within reward frameworks.
