Job summary

Flipdish in London is seeking a Customer Success Manager to own a portfolio of restaurant clients, driving retention, growth, and satisfaction while collaborating with Strategy, Support, Product, Sales, and Activations.

You will monitor health signals, identify churn risks, and drive adoption of Flipdish products, acting as a trusted liaison across teams in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical account management or customer-facing SaaS roles.
• Ability to translate technical context into business impact.
• Strong ability to manage a portfolio of accounts and drive growth.

Responsibilities

• Own a focused portfolio of restaurant clients and maintain account health, retention, and growth.
• Grow account value through consultative conversations and product adoption.
• Monitor health, usage, and engagement; act on churn risks and optimise onboarding.
• Lead escalation pipeline to Support and Product; ensure timely triage and resolution.
• Bridge technical context for Strategic Account Management and other teams.
