You will manage market research, coordinate vacancies, and act as the primary contact for operational issues, while driving SLA/KPI performance.

Responsibilities

• Own the delivery of recruitment services for key clients, from market research to filling vacancies.
• Act as the first point of contact for operational issues and collaborate with Seniors to resolve them.
• Build strong, strategic relationships with clients and suppliers.
• Attend service review meetings and key stakeholder sessions.
• Drive performance, meet SLAs and KPIs, and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate across the Reed network to boost fill rates and seamless service.
• Engage in social value initiatives and community activities.
