Job summary

Reed Technology in Liverpool is seeking a hands-on Senior Resource Planning & Performance Manager to drive a transformation programme. You will build and embed resource management systems using Azure DevOps and/or Microsoft Planner, creating tooling, processes and dashboards to show demand, capacity, and delivery priorities.

You will collaborate with Finance, Programme Management and Delivery teams to automate reporting, train teams in the new tooling, and establish governance across the

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) and/or Microsoft Planner.
• Experience building resource and capacity management solutions.
• Proficient in resource forecasting, demand management and utilisation.
• Ability to create portfolio planning and reporting capabilities from scratch.
• Proficient in Power BI dashboards and reporting automation.
• Experience with dependency management, governance and portfolio controls.
• Strong training and coaching skills for new tools and processes.
• Ability to turn complex portfolio data into actionable insights for senior decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Embed resource management and capacity planning capability within the programme.
