World Wide Technology is seeking a Client Services Executive – Strategic Resourcing to drive services growth within core accounts through workforce strategy and delivery models. The role focuses on aligning people, technology, and delivery to client outcomes, creating scalable, recurring services revenue.

As a trusted advisor, you will engage with hiring managers, delivery leaders, and executives to design flexible resourcing solutions and multi-year roadmaps across multiple programs.

Qualifications

• Strategic resourcing and workforce planning experience.
• Ability to engage with hiring managers, delivery leaders, and executives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Strategic Resourcing SME within assigned accounts, embedded with executive teams.
• Lead consultative conversations on workforce planning, skills gaps, delivery speed, and cost optimization.
• Identify services and workforce opportunities beyond traditional sales motions.
• Create SOWs and commercial models for workforce solutions.
• Position a full portfolio of services including contract and contract‑to‑hire, direct placement, and blended models.
• Develop multi‑year workforce roadmaps aligned to client initiatives.
