Job summary

WPP Media is seeking a Staffing Strategist to connect internal talent with growth opportunities, support client teams with staffing solutions, and maintain accurate people data and processes that drive business growth.

The role reports to the Staffing Strategist Lead and collaborates with Capacity Planners, People Partners, and Data teams to optimize staffing and mobility across the organization.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of HR processes and talent management.
• Experience in Resource Management or Talent Acquisition.
• Familiarity with the Advertising, Creative or Media industry is a plus.
• Proficiency in data management and analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive data and information.
• Ability to engage with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Understand our people and help connect internal talent to opportunities.
• Staff the right people to the right client opportunities.
• Balance people, client and business interests across engagements.
• Collaborate with Capacity Planners to allocate staff with appropriate skills and location.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to staff external hires as needed.
• Maintain staffing data, time tracking, rotations, and utilization.
