Grant Thornton UK is seeking a Resource Planning Manager to coordinate the deployment of advisory professionals across the firm. You will balance utilisation, forecast resourcing needs, and partner with engagement partners to optimise staffing across geographies.

The role requires at least five years in resource management within professional services, strong stakeholder engagement, data accuracy, and familiarity with AI-driven MI tools.

Formación

• Five years’ relevant experience in resource management, ideally within professional services or advisory/consulting environments.
• Proven ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels, from trainees to senior leadership.
• Experience in budgeting, and delivering data-driven MI to support decision making.

Responsabilidades

• Drive resource strategy for your business unit and manage a large pool of resources across offices.
• Forecast future resourcing needs based on the firm’s pipeline and business plan.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders, challenging them with data-driven insights.
• Lead and develop team members, coaching and sharing best resourcing practices.
