Computacenter AG & Co. oHG is seeking a Resource Specialist in Hatfield to ensure our Professional Services teams have the right people with the right skills, at the right time.

You’ll work with the Resource Management Partner to balance availability, development aspirations, and commercial needs. You will help maintain accurate views of skills and capacity, coordinate with the MSP and external partners, and support forecasting and onboarding activities to sustain responsive resourcing across UK

Qualifikationen

• Experience in Resource Management, ideally in IT or Professional Services.
• Strong relationship-management skills with stakeholders.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to adapt when priorities change.
• Strong data accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proactive, collaborative problem-solving approach.

Aufgaben

• Support the Resource Management Partner in identifying best routes for fulfilling resource requirements.
• Maintain real-time view of internal skills, certifications, experience, and availability.
• Match internal supply with opportunities considering skills and commercial needs.
• Monitor utilisation, bench, and capacity risks; escalate shortages.
• Support forecasting with accurate data and insights.
• Coordinate with MSP and external partners to source resources when needed.
• Review competing priorities and resolve conflicts.
• Prepare resourcing briefs detailing skills, location, and timelines.
• Assist CV reviews, shortlisting, and interview coordination.
• Maintain records of resource requests and provide timely updates.
• Build relationships with Practice teams and leaders to understand timelines.
• Act as day-to-day resourcing contact.
• Develop relationships with Resource Management teams in other countries.
• Support onboarding and development of colleagues.
• Contribute to process governance and tool improvements.
