Job summary

Deloitte in London is seeking a Resource Manager to lead staff allocation across projects, partnering with senior leaders and stakeholders to optimise utilisation and drive data-driven decisions. You will champion STAFFIT and ensure data integrity while supporting people strategies within SR&T-A.

The role offers hybrid working with a base in London, engaging with business units, partners, and engagement managers to deliver a high-quality resourcing service across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience of working within a professional services environment, with previous comparable resourcing role ideally.
• Evidence of skill matching e.g. CVs to appropriate roles.
• Evidence of dealing with a wide range of people at different levels.
• Evidence of strong administrative and organisational skills.
• Logistics background.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with senior leadership to understand evolving resource needs and ensure fair, transparent decision making.
• Strategically assign practitioners to assignments across client projects and internal initiatives.
• Communicate project assignments clearly and address concerns, highlighting growth opportunities.
