Job summary

Deloitte in London is seeking a Resource Manager to lead RM team's planning, scheduling and deployment of onshore and offshore practitioners, balancing delivery requirements, utilisation and development opportunities. You will build trusted relationships with Business Leadership and Finance, independently advise on resourcing decisions and own the financial forecast to drive performance improvements.

Direct Resource Management experience within a large organisation.
Ability to build trusted relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders.
Strong analytical and commercial judgement for resource data, budgets and plans.
Experience coaching and delivering through others, while balancing autonomy with support.
Interest in AI and emerging technologies, with willingness to test and adopt improvements.

Responsibilities

Lead RM team's planning, scheduling and deployment of onshore and offshore practitioners.
