Job summary

CACI Ltd, based in West Kensington, London, delivers enterprise application solutions including the Cygnum system. The Relationship Manager will oversee a portfolio of client accounts, protecting and growing commercial value while maintaining strong relationships with senior stakeholders.

You will interact with day-to-day leads up to Director level, with some on-site presence required. Strong account management, communication and numerical skills are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Strong key account management experience and relationship building.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and numerical skills.
• Experience with enterprise software and technology.
• Experience in public sector or transport sectors preferred.
• Degree holder with 2:1 minimum.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts for the Cygnum solution.
• Protect and grow accounts commercially and maintain client relationships.
• Liaise with day-to-day leads up to Director level; on-site presence as needed.
