Job summary

MFK Recruitment is working with a well-established global software company to recruit a Strategic Customer Success Manager. This remote UK role focuses on owning a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers and driving measurable value through adoption and renewals.

You will build relationships with CIOs and senior stakeholders, lead strategic conversations, forecast revenue accurately, and identify expansion opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least five years’ experience in Customer Success, Strategic Account Management or Enterprise Account Management.
• Experience with technically complex B2B software.
• Proven track record in retention and successful renewals.
• Experience managing ARR or recurring revenue portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with executive, operational and technical stakeholders.
• Lead Executive Business Reviews focusing on outcomes, adoption and ROI.
• Drive product adoption and identify barriers to engagement.
• Maintain accurate forecasts and identify expansion opportunities.
• Represent the voice of the customer across the company.
