Job summary

MFK Recruitment is partnering with a global software company to hire a Strategic Customer Success Manager. You will own a portfolio of strategic, growth and high-potential enterprise customers, building relationships with CIOs and senior stakeholders to drive measurable value through product adoption.

This commercially focused role covers adoption, retention, renewals and recurring revenue growth. You will lead strategic conversations, maintain forecasts and identify expansion opportunities

Qualifications

• At least five years’ experience in Customer Success or strategic account management.
• Experience with technically complex B2B software and enterprise customers.
• Proven track record of renewals, revenue growth and executive-level engagements.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with executive, operational and technical stakeholders.
• Lead Executive Business Reviews focused on outcomes, adoption and ROI.
• Identify renewal risks and lead renewal forecasting and expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Support and Professional Services.
