Job summary

CACI Ltd, based in London, is seeking a Relationship Manager for the Enterprise Systems Business Unit. You will manage a portfolio of client accounts for the Cygnum solution, protecting and growing them while engaging with senior stakeholders up to Director level.

Based in West Kensington with occasional onsite visits, you will coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver value and build long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with government, rail, and care sectors.

Qualifications

• Proven key account management experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong written, presentation and numeric abilities.
• Comfortable with technology and enterprise software knowledge.
• Public sector or transport industry experience.
• Degree level education, 2:1 or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts for the Cygnum solution.
• Protect and grow accounts commercially and maintain relationships up to Director level.
• Coordinate with day-to-day business and application leads; onsite presence as needed.
• Negotiate mutually beneficial business positions with clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to demonstrate and deliver value.
