Qualifications

• 7+ years in complex, client-facing operations or program management.
• Experience with MSP/VMS programs and external supplier accountability.
• Strong executive presence and client management skills under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day program execution from candidate submission through onboarding and activation.
• Coordinate handoffs among suppliers, client stakeholders, and internal teams.
• Manage risks, escalations and issue resolution to protect client experience.
