Beeline seeks a Recruitment Program Lead to own the day-to-day operational delivery of a complex vendor management program for a strategic enterprise client in the UK. Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in complex client-facing operations or vendor management.
• Experience managing staffing or third-party suppliers and holding external partners accountable.
• Strong executive presence and client-management skills.
• Proven ability to manage escalations and drive decisions across organizations.
• Operational discipline and attention to detail in high-volume workflows.
• Comfort working across multiple systems, trackers, and stakeholders.
• College degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Experience in HR, Customer Service, Procurement, Staffing, Sales Delivery, or contingent workforce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day program delivery across candidate submission, screening, interview coordination, onboarding, staffing readiness, activation, and related lifecycle activities.
• Ensure candidates progress through required program controls and approval gates before advancing to the next stage.
• Coordinate handoffs among suppliers, client services, client stakeholders, interview teams, onboarding resources, and other partners.
• Respond to and resolve operating problems quickly, including stalled candidates, incomplete requirements, scheduling constraints, system issues, and unclear ownership.
• Maintain compliance with client procurement policies, program requirements, and SLAs; ensure data integrity and traceability.
• Forecast workload and resource needs; conduct client and internal training on processes as needed.
