Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in complex client-facing operations, program management, MSP/VMS, staffing, or vendor management.
• Experience managing staffing or third-party suppliers and holding external partners accountable for performance.
• Strong executive presence and client-management skills with the ability to communicate confidently with demanding stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day program execution across candidate submission, screening, interview coordination, onboarding, staffing readiness, activation, and lifecycle activities.
• Coordinate handoffs among suppliers, client stakeholders, interview teams, onboarding resources, and other partners.
• Monitor and improve supplier performance against SLAs and commitments; escalate when needed.
• Maintain data integrity and ensure accurate reporting and decision-ready records.
• Forecast workload and resource needs; contribute to SOPs and process improvements.
