• Maintain the Workable applicant tracking system, ensuring high data accuracy
• Conduct candidate phone screenings, evaluate suitability, and provide hiring recommendations
• Build positive relationships with hiring managers and provide best-practice recruitment guidance
• Organise interview logistics, manage feedback collection, and lead offer negotiations
• Coordinate recruitment processes across the business with Talent Acquisition Partners, hiring managers, and internal teams
