Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to manage end-to-end candidate activity, from initial contact through to offer and onboarding. You will coordinate interviews, communications, and onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

The role requires strong organisation, excellent communication, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach, with experience using ATS/HR platforms to maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or recruitment coordination.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Confidence managing multiple vacancies and competing priorities.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Proactive, solutions-focused approach.
• Experience with recruitment systems/ATS is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment journey.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from application through to offer.
• Coordinate interview logistics and support hiring managers.
• Screen applications against role requirements and hiring criteria.
• Proactively identify and engage suitable candidates.
• Maintain recruitment records and candidate tracking systems.
• Prepare employment contracts and offer documentation.
• Coordinate pre-employment checks and right-to-work verification.
• Set up new employees on company systems and HR platforms.
• Ensure equipment and system access for day one.
• Support onboarding activities for a smooth start.
