Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a Global Technology Recruitment Leader to shape and execute our tech hiring strategy, leading a distributed team across regions and reporting to the VP of Talent Planning, Acquisition and Onboarding. You will own end-to-end hiring for engineering, product, data, infra, and security, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to forecast needs and deliver top talent.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in recruitment with 5+ years leading global technical teams.
• Proven track record building and scaling recruitment in large orgs.
• Experience hiring for engineering, product, data, infra, and security.
• Background in SaaS or enterprise software environments preferred.
• Distributed teams across geographies and cultures.
• Strong business acumen aligning strategy to priorities.
• Experience selecting, implementing, and optimizing ATS, sourcing tools, and analytics platforms.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical/problem-solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the global technology recruitment strategy aligned with growth goals and workforce planning.
• Lead a substantial global organization of recruitment managers and individual contributors across regions.
• Own end-to-end hiring for engineering, product, data, infrastructure, and security roles.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, HR, and Finance to forecast hiring needs and deliver talent.
• Design and implement scalable recruiting processes, frameworks, and best practices.
• Drive improvements in time-to-hire, quality of hire, diversity representation, and candidate experience.
• Establish employer branding strategies to attract technical talent.
• Use data, analytics, and recruiting technologies to optimize sourcing and hiring decisions.
• Build and expand global talent pipelines, including passive candidate engagement.
• Ensure consistent, compliant, and high-quality recruitment practices across regions.
• Monitor technical hiring market trends, compensation, talent availability, and competitive intelligence.
