Jobtailor is seeking a Recruitment Specialist in Bath to drive end-to-end hiring processes. You will source candidates using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, keep Workable up to date, and screen applicants to recommend strong hires. You will collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a positive candidate journey and smooth interview coordination.

Qualifications
