Job summary

Future is hiring a Talent Acquisition professional to coordinate recruitment across our Bath-based offices. You’ll work with hiring managers and partners to manage day-to-day hiring logistics, communications, and a smooth candidate journey.

You’ll utilise LinkedIn Recruiter, manage candidates in Workable, and conduct screening calls to provide informed hiring recommendations. This hybrid role offers meaningful collaboration with the People team and scope to influence our recruitment experience.

Qualifications

• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing platforms.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems like Workable.
• Excellent communication skills to build relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• A collaborative mindset and passion for a positive candidate journey.

Responsibilities

• Utilise sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter to build diverse candidate pipelines.
• Manage candidates throughout end-to-end recruitment, ensuring a positive experience.
• Maintain our applicant tracking system (Workable) with high data accuracy.
• Conduct candidate phone screenings, evaluate suitability, and provide hiring recommendations.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers, offering best-practice recruitment guidance.
• Organise interview logistics, collect feedback, and lead offer negotiations.
