Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior recruitment lead to oversee end-to-end hiring across Cloud, Data, Cyber Security, AI, and Test Engineering. You will recruit across all levels from graduates to leadership, partnering with hiring managers to shape briefs and talent strategies.

You will proactively source candidates, build pipelines and guide processes from interview to offer, while maintaining an excellent candidate experience and accurate ATS data.

Qualifications

• Technical recruitment or talent acquisition experience across Cloud, Data, Cyber Security, AI and/or Test Engineering.
• Experience recruiting within technology consultancy, professional services and/or UK public sector.
• Experience recruiting from early careers through to senior and specialist appointments.
• Strong sourcing abilities including LinkedIn Recruiter and passive-talent engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across Cloud, Data, Cyber Security, AI, Test Engineering and other vacancies.
• Recruit across all levels from graduates to senior specialists and leadership.
• Partner with hiring managers to refine briefs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Provide market insight on remuneration and talent availability.
• Guide candidates through interview, assessment and offer processes.
• Maintain accurate recruitment activity in the ATS and manage priorities.
