TGW Northern Europe seeks a Proposal Manager to lead the development and delivery of competitive proposals for strategic customer accounts. You will work across Sales, Engineering, Realisation and Product teams from initial engagement to project handover, ensuring accurate costs and compliant proposals.

Role involves collaboration with SVP of the Amazon Key Account and other senior stakeholders, with travel within Europe as needed.

Formación

• Experience developing proposals for complex sales/tender processes.
• Ability to collaborate with engineering, commercial and project stakeholders.
• Knowledge of conveyor and automated storage/retrieval systems at PLC level.
• Proven ability to build and maintain customer stakeholder relationships.
• Ability to communicate technical, commercial and financial information clearly.
• Experience cost analysis and creating commercial proposals using structured costing methods.
• Excellent technical English language skills.
• Flexibility to travel within Europe.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate proposal activities from initial customer engagement to handover.
• Generate layouts with Applications Engineering and Design Manager to meet key account requirements.
• Gather, distribute and control customer documentation for bids.
• Prepare proposal packs for concept, proposal and tenders.
• Develop accurate project cost estimates using approved tools and benchmarks.
• Assess design changes impact on costs, margins, and risk.
• Prepare pricing analyses to support reviews and customer discussions.
• Review submissions for accuracy, completeness and governance compliance.
• Organise cost and design reviews and handover meetings with stakeholders.
• Coordinate third-party quotes with Purchasing and project teams.
• Submit proposals through customer portals within deadlines.
• Share lessons learned with Realisation, Product Development and Customer Product Specialist teams.
