Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Proposal Manager to join our Complex Projects bid team. You will lead end-to-end bid delivery, from capture through proposal development to post-submission activities.

You will collaborate with technical leads and win-work colleagues to craft persuasive, compliant proposals for high-value programmes across transportation, rail, energy and defence sectors.

Qualifications

• End-to-end bid and proposal management experience in complex environments.
• Strong writing, editing and communication skills.
• Experience coordinating inputs from technical and commercial stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Managing bids and proposals end to end, including strategy, capture and submission.
• Coordinate inputs from technical subject matter experts to produce compliant content.
• Lead quality reviews, compliance, stakeholder engagement and post-submission activities.
• Apply best-in-class proposal processes and tools to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Develop high-quality proposal submissions and maintain momentum under deadlines.
