Job summary

TGW Group is seeking a Proposal Manager in Market Harborough to lead the development and delivery of competitive proposals for nominated strategic accounts. You will coordinate across Sales, Engineering, Realisation and Product teams to ensure accurate costings and timely submissions.

Working with senior stakeholders, you will manage layouts, documentation and governance, driving order intake and high-quality customer solutions while supporting regional growth across Europe.

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex sales proposals and tender submissions.
• Collaborate with engineering, commercial and project stakeholders.
• Knowledge of conveyor and automated storage systems to PLC level.
• Strong ability to communicate technical and financial information.
• Fully proficient technical English language skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe.

Responsibilities

• Support senior leadership in achieving order intake plans.
• Generate layouts with Applications Engineering and Design Manager.
• Coordinate customer documentation for bids.
• Prepare comprehensive proposal packs for RFP and tender.
• Develop cost estimates using costing tools and benchmarks.
• Review proposals for accuracy and governance.
• Organise cost and design reviews and handover meetings.
• Submit proposals through procurement portals on time.
• Maintain relationships with key customer stakeholders.
