Job summary

NEP UK is seeking a Commercial Proposals Coordinator to join Bracknell HQ. You'll help turn opportunities into winning proposals, coordinating bids, tenders and RFPs.

You'll work with the Commercial Proposals Manager and wider team, maintaining Salesforce visibility and delivering polished submissions on time. This role sits at the heart of NEP UK's commercial activity.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating bids, tenders, RFIs, RFPs or renewals.
• Strong coordination and communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM preferred.
• Experience supporting commercial proposals or sales administration is valuable.
• Broadcast experience not required; willing to learn our industry.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate bids and proposals from receipt to submission, tracking deadlines.
• Create high-quality commercial materials, including quotes and proposal content.
• Maintain accurate opportunities and next actions in Salesforce.
• Connect the right people across Commercial, Engineering, Technical, Operations to keep responses moving.
