Health Partners in the United Kingdom is seeking a Commercial Co-ordinator to help drive bids and client opportunities from first enquiry to signed deals. You will coordinate responses, proposals and timelines, and keep the CRM up to date in a fast‑paced, client‑facing environment.

You will work with the commercial, operations and subject matter experts to produce winning presentations, support pricing and help deliver an excellent client experience.

Qualificações

• Brilliant organisation and prioritisation under multiple deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients and colleagues.
• Sharp attention to detail when handling documents, data and trackers.
• Commercial awareness and interest in bids, tenders and business development.
• Experience in a commercial, bid support or sales administration role is a plus, ideally in healthcare.

Responsabilidades

• Keep the commercial engine running, coordinating day-to-day activity across new business, upsell and rebid opportunities.
• Support bids, coordinating and submitting tender and proposal responses on time.
• Be the go-to link between commercial, operational teams and subject matter experts.
• Arrange meetings, keep folders and the CRM up to date.
• Create winning sales documents and presentations for clients and prospects.
• Ensure branding and guidelines are followed.
• Support pricing and prepare accurate documents for clients.
• Maintain pipelines, trackers and next steps.
• Deliver a professional client experience with follow‑ups and queries.
• Suggest improvements to commercial processes and services.
• Handle sensitive personal information in line with policy and law.
