Job summary

Health Partners Group seeks a Commercial Co-ordinator to drive our busy commercial team from home in the UK. You will co-ordinate bids, manage opportunities, prepare proposals and client presentations, and keep CRM up to date while ensuring on-time delivery.

The role requires strong organisation, clear communication, attention to detail, and a commercial mindset. Experience in bid support or sales administration is a plus, ideally within occupational health.

Qualifications

• Experience in a commercial, bid support or sales administration role is a plus.
• Industry experience in Occupational Health or healthcare is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills with a professional approach.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day activity across new business, upsell and rebid opportunities.
• Support bids, prepare and submit tender and proposal responses on time.
• Act as a link between commercial, operational teams and subject matter experts to win.
• Manage meetings, sign-offs and keep CRM up to date.
• Create presentations and sales documents for clients and prospects.
• Ensure branding guidelines are adhered to and maintain accurate records.
