Job summary

NEP Group Inc. in Bracknell is seeking a Commercial Proposals Manager to lead high-value bids and strategic proposals across the UK. You will coordinate pricing, shape propositions and drive delivery with cross-functional teams to win opportunities.

This role requires strong bids experience, commercial judgement and outstanding organisation, as you help NEP UK scale its commercial planning and governance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex B2B bids, tenders, renewals or strategic proposals.
• Strong CRM and pipeline-management capability, with an ability to translate data into insight.

Responsibilities

• Lead bid leadership and solution development from qualification to submission and post-bid review.
• Coordinate cross-functional input from Commercial, Operations, Engineering, Assets, Crewing, Logistics and Finance into compelling proposals.
• Maintain a forward view of pipeline, renewals, forecast and revenue gaps using Salesforce and other data for senior leaders.
