Job summary

NEP UK is seeking a Commercial Proposals Coordinator to join our Bracknell HQ. Permanent, full-time role focused on coordinating bids, tenders, renewals and RFPs for major live events and broadcasts.

You will work with the Commercial Proposals Manager and wider team to ensure timely, polished submissions, strong quotes and professional materials. Prior experience in bids or sales administration is valued; Salesforce familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be highly organised with attention to detail.
• Experience supporting bids, tenders, RFPs or commercial proposals is valuable.
• Familiarity with a CRM such as Salesforce is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate bids and proposals from receipt through submission, tracking deadlines and inputs.
• Create high-quality commercial materials including quotes and proposals, with formatting and version control.
• Keep the sales pipeline organised in Salesforce and ensure reliable activity visibility.
• Connect the right people across Commercial, Engineering, Technical and Operations to keep responses moving.
