Job summary

Yorkshire Water is recruiting a Project Manager - Business Change to join the Asset Delivery PMO in Leeds. The role is permanent, 37 hours, hybrid with 2 office days per week and regional travel.

You will bridge business needs, efficiency and people side of change to deliver benefits across capital delivery. You will build business cases, support planning, manage change activities, ensure readiness and sustainment, track benefits and sign off key documents.

Qualifications

• Delivery experience within business change and change management fundamentals.
• Strong governance and programme delivery capability.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Proven track record of project management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including presenting complex information.

Responsibilities

• Support the programme manager with governance on the strategic change programme.
• Deliver key strategic change projects and continuous improvement activities.
• Design and deliver business readiness and change plans with engagement and comms across the programme.
• Have oversight of change initiatives across the business and our function to spot opportunities to align and impacts to delivery.
• Responsible for sustainment/ Reinforcement activities to ensure change is adopted and embedded.
• Responsible for benefits tracking and realisation across the change programme.
• Lead yourself and a team to deliver a programme of work that supports the business strategy and delivers strong, measurable outcomes.
• Produce key documents needed for sign-off by leadership teams.
