Job summary

Anglian Water Services is seeking a Project Manager to lead the delivery of strategically important change projects in a matrix environment, coordinating colleagues and resources across functions to ensure outcomes are achieved on time, within budget and to the required quality.

You will embed effective change management practices, ensuring colleagues are engaged, prepared and supported throughout periods of transition.

Qualifications

• Recognised project management qualification (PRINCE2 or APM).
• Experience delivering multiple projects with business case development and benefits realisation.
• Experience with financial controls, RAID management and working with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver change projects on time, cost and quality.
• Lead project initiation, business case development and benefits tracking.
• Build sponsor relationships and manage stakeholder communications.
• Lead and develop project teams.
• Embed change management throughout transitions.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies and assumptions.
• Drive Health & Safety and continuous improvement.
