Job summary

Yorkshire Water is seeking a skilled Programme Reporting Lead to join the Asset Delivery PMO Team in Leeds on a permanent, hybrid basis. The role focuses on governance, planning, risk, forecasting and performance reporting across the DPC programme.

You will provide insight, challenge and robust analysis to support decisions, working with Project Managers and delivery partners to strengthen controls and inform investment choices.

Qualifications

• PMO/controls experience in a programme environment.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI for management information.
• Ability to analyse complex data and provide actionable insight.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• In-depth knowledge of project controls, governance and reporting.
• Experience in regulated or large-scale infrastructure programmes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain programme and project controls processes across DPC.
• Analyse performance, trends, risks, issues and opportunities.
• Review plans, forecasts and data to inform decisions.
• Ensure compliance with governance and approval processes.
• Improve project controls tools, reporting and frameworks.
• Support risk management and cost/performance assessments.
• Collaborate with PMO teams and delivery partners to improve data quality.
