Job summary

Anglian Water Services Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking a Project Manager to lead the delivery of strategically important change projects within a matrix environment, coordinating colleagues and resources to ensure outcomes are achieved on time, within budget and to the required quality.

You will embed change management practices, engaging colleagues, sponsors and change managers, and you will develop robust business cases with clear communication and reporting throughout each project

Qualifications

• Must hold PRINCE2 or APM qualification.
• Experience delivering multiple projects, including business case development and benefits realisation.
• Experience with financial controls and RAID management.
• Proven team leadership and resource management experience.
• Desirable: experience delivering capital projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of change projects within time, cost and quality targets.
• Initiate projects with robust business cases and benefits mapping.
• Build sponsor relationships and manage stakeholder communication.
• Lead and develop project teams and embed change management.
• Manage risks, issues and dependencies; drive Health & Safety improvements.
