NEP UK is seeking a Commercial Proposals Manager to steer high-value bids, tenders and strategic proposals. You’ll coordinate input from Commercial, Operations, Engineering and Finance, turning complex requirements into compelling client propositions.

You’ll lead and develop the Proposals Coordinators, build governance, and ensure disciplined bid delivery across NEP UK, enabling growth and client success.

Formación

• Strong bids and proposals experience across complex B2B opportunities.
• Experience leading multi-stakeholder, cross-functional bids and tenders.
• Ability to translate client requirements into compelling propositions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead high-value bids, tenders, renewals and strategic proposals from qualification to submission.
• Coordinate cross-functional inputs from Commercial, Operations, Engineering and Finance.
• Maintain pipeline visibility with Salesforce, forecast and revenue insights.
• Develop and mentor the Commercial Proposal Coordinators and improve governance.
